- 4 chicken breasts – equal in size
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp dried thyme – or italian seasoning
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, dried thyme, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel to help the seasoning stick better. Brush the spice mixture onto both sides of the chicken breasts.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375℉ for 5 minutes. Place the chicken breasts in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, flip the chicken breasts and cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165℉.
- Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest on a cutting board for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
