This 4-Way Dip brings irresistible flavors together with simple prep. Loaded with chicken, cheesy goodness, and plenty of toppings, it’s perfect for gatherings and snack time.

- 2 (16.3-oz.) tubes biscuit dough
- 4 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 c. finely grated parmesan
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 3 c. shredded mozzarella
- 1 1/2 c. shredded cooked chicken
- 1/4 c. buffalo sauce
- 1 tbsp. ranch dressing
- 1/2 c. shredded cheddar, divided
- 3/4 c. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
- 1/2 c. chopped artichoke hearts
- 1/3 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. shredded gruyère
- 1/4 c. shredded monterey jack
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp. finely grated parmesan
- pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 c. finely grated parmesan
- 1/4 c. ricotta
- 1 tsp. italian seasoning, divided
- 1/2 c. pizza sauce
- 1/4 c. mini pepperoni slices
- 1/4 c. shredded mozzarella
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 jalapeños, seeded, finely chopped
- blue cheese crumbles, finely sliced chives, finely chopped fresh parsley, and torn fresh basil, for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet by greasing it with cooking spray.
- Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and shape each piece into a ball. Arrange them along the edges and create quadrants in the center of the baking sheet.
- Brush the biscuit balls with melted butter and sprinkle with the grated parmesan and garlic powder.
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded mozzarella using a handheld mixer on medium speed until well blended.
Notes
For added flavor, feel free to customize toppings with your favorite ingredients.
Make sure to squeeze out excess moisture from the spinach to prevent sogginess in the dip.
