Ingredients
Scale
- 14 ounces refrigerated pizza dough
- ¾ cup marinara sauce
- 12 slices pepperoni
- 6 slices deli ham, roughly cut into squares
- ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- dipping sauce of your choice for serving
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- ½ teaspoon italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle, about 12×10 inches and ¼ inch thick. Avoid rolling it too thin to maintain shape.
- Spread the marinara sauce over the dough, leaving a ½ inch border. Top it evenly with pepperoni, ham, and mozzarella cheese.
- Carefully roll the dough up from the longer side, pinching to seal the edges. Slice the roll into 12 equal pieces using a serrated knife.
- Arrange the rolls on the prepared sheet pan with space between them.
- Prepare the garlic butter by mixing all ingredients in a bowl.
- Brush the tops and edges of the rolls with some garlic butter, reserving some for later.
- Bake for about 15 minutes until the rolls are puffed and golden brown. Remove from the oven and brush with the remaining garlic butter. Serve warm with your preferred dipping sauce.
Notes
Ensure not to overstuff the rolls to prevent collapsing during baking.
Brush with garlic butter before and after baking for extra flavor.
